All estimates provided by D Global Construction are free and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after an on-site assessment and is detailed in a written contract. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, scope changes, and unforeseen site conditions discovered during construction.

3. Contracts and Agreements

A signed contract is required before any work begins. The contract will specify the scope of work, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms. Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in each contract. A deposit may be required to secure materials and schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion and final walkthrough. Financing options are available through our partners.

5. Warranties

D Global Construction warrants its workmanship for a period specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

6. Permits and Compliance

D Global Construction handles all necessary permits and engineering to ensure compliance with local building codes. The client is responsible for providing accurate property information and access to the site.

7. Limitation of Liability

D Global Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value for the specific project in question.

8. Insurance Claims

While we have experience working with insurance companies, we do not guarantee approval of any insurance claim. Final decisions rest with your insurance provider. We assist with documentation and estimates but are not a party to your insurance contract.

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law
